Fabulous customer service and I’m incredibly difficult to please!I ordered 6 different bras but unfortunately the cup size was too large, so I emailed for either a replacement or refund. Hollie got back to me straight away offered to replace ALL 6 BRAS FOR FREE!!Keep the original order and gift them or give them to charity. Fabulous service. Looking forward to receiving my new order. Such a great experience I will definitely be ordering more, I have been unable to wear a bra for the last 6months as I found them just too uncomfortable and now I wear my Celeste D’Or curve bra everyday as they are so comfortable I even forget I’m wearing it. Would highly recommend and the customer service team are brilliant. I received emails from a member of customer service called Hollie and she was amazing.

Just love these bras so much - I’m a 38DD and I purchased the scalloped deep v jelly bras. They are so attractive but moreover they are INCREDIBLY comfortable!! The material is just the most soft and smooth texture. And they arrived super quick which was a bonus. I’m a dubious buyer from companies I don’t know off the internet as I’ve had mixed experiences in the past, but I’d definitely recommend you give these a go!!

I purchased two Celeste d’Or bras after a recommendation from my sister. Unfortunately the cup size chosen was too small. I explained this to customer services to exchange for a bigger cup size and was told that this was all covered under their Perfect Fit Guarantee, so there was no need for me to return the size already received. What a great way to generate customer loyalty. 5 🌟

From ordering to delivery all was very smooth. When I tried the bras on I cant only explain it as the most comfortable I have ever felt in a bra ,accompanied by great cleavage .I would highly recommend!!

First of all I must give a shout out for the customer service team. The bras I bought were a little too small so I contacted them expecting to be given a hard time, but no, within a week I had replacement bras a size bigger. No arguing, no haggling…just polite, helpful service. Excellent!!Now the bra: for years I have been tortured each day by my bras. Being quite full in the breast department has meant that I’ve had to wear underwired bras for lift and support and a good shape. Immediately from putting my new bra on I felt so comfortable. No digging in under the arms and especially comfy around my ribs and shoulders where I have deep grooves from years of pressure from straps. In fact, I am sitting here now and feel like I’m not wearing a bra. The shape it gives is lovely and I do believe my breasts look smaller, which is a good thing for me as I’m only 4’11” and top heavy. The only criticism, if you can call it that, is that there is a bit of the “jiggle” factor when I walk. Maybe I need to work on my posture or something. I will be buying from them again, I have nothing but good things to say about them.

Excellent customer service. One of the bras I received unfortunately didnt fit right. I contacted them and they immediately arranged for a different type of bra to be sent out, free of charge. The other bra I ordered is fantastic, so comfortable and fits like a dream. A☆☆☆☆☆

So impressed - this was quite an impulse purchase after an Instagram advert. The bras are great but the customer service is even better - I’d ordered a size too small and enquired about returns only to be told that they’d send me replacement sizes with no need to return the original. Great bras and so impressed with the company!

Ordering was easy and the fit guide is very helpful. I received my bras very quickly. I was hesitant ordering wireless as they’d never appealed to me previously but I am extremely glad I did. I’d not found comfortable and supportive bras since stopping breastfeeding but I’m really happy with my purchases, I’ll definitely be ordering more.

Ordered two bras, which unfortunately didn't fit. Contacted Celeste D'or received support from Ellie who was brilliant and very helpful. Under her guidance and their 'perfect fit guarantee' we managed to find my perfect size. The new bras arrived within a couple of days and are so comfortable. Will definitely be ordering again. Excellent products and 5 star customer service. Ordered 4 bras, one didn’t fit. Ellie Responded so quickly and helpfully and got a replacement sent out free immediately with no need to return original ( I’ll donate to charity) . Can’t recommend highly enough. Bras feel comfy , quality and look good.

I am blown away by the outstanding customer service with the Perfect Fit Gurantee after needing to size down. Getting the size down was such a fast, easy process without even the hassle of a return. The bra itself is genuinely so comfortable and unique. It moulds to the body without any wires or discomfort, it is as the adverts depict perfect under tops and I’d happily wear it in bed. I’m post surgery so a comfortable and supportive bra with no wires is everything!!! Highly recommend. I think I may need all the colours now!

I’ve been looking for an alternative to my original wired bras which I’ve found increasingly uncomfortable over the years. Wire free bralettes just don’t offer the right support for me so I thought I’d give Celeste D’or a try.I’m a 34DD & a medium is the perfect fit for me. The smooth, silky & stretchy material feels like heaven next to my skin with no seams digging in or bulges visible through my clothes.There was a packaging problem with my 1st order resulting in some damage to one bra but this was solved within a couple of days.I will be ordering more colours & styles & my old bras are going in the bin.Thank you Celeste D’or
